His extensive background in both municipal government and private construction provides a well-rounded understanding of building regulations and project execution.

Mr. Vargas brings extensive Municipal leadership experience and has held a general contractor license for more than 23 years. He has spent over two decades as a licensed roofing contractor and maintains multiple contractor licenses in mechanical and plumbing. He also holds several State of Florida certifications, including:
